Fruit Smoothie Bowls

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

· Strawberries (frozen and fresh)

· Bananas (frozen and fresh)

· Milk or liquid of choice (juice, water)

· Granola

· Honey

Instructions

1. Add frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, and milk to the blender (pour as needed). Blend until smooth.

2. Pour smoothie into bowl.

3. Cut fresh strawberries and bananas.

4. Add toppings – fresh strawberries, fresh bananas, granola, honey, and any other toppings of choice (examples: raisins, coconut flakes, seeds, nuts, cacao nibs).

· Bananas (frozen and fresh)

· Milk or liquid of choice (juice, water)

· Granola

· Honey

1. Add frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, and milk to the blender (pour as needed). Blend until smooth.
